We offer yoga specifically geared toward the perinatal body, taught by a certified and highly experienced pre/postnatal yoga teacher (not to mention a mama herself!). Not only do we seek to provide accessible yoga practices but we also seek to provide a community for parents-to-be and new parents. Pregnancy and new parenthood can feel lonely sometimes, we are there for you throughout your journey.
Our full library of postpartum yoga videos, these videos will help you address the specific needs of the postpartum body. Choose from shorter practices to address those problem areas of postpartum, perfect for when baby naps and you only have a few minutes. Or do a longer practice that will address the overall needs of the postpartum body. Take advantage too of our four part Yoga for the Postpartum Core Series, designed specifically to address the strengthening needs of the postpartum core.
