We offer yoga specifically geared toward the perinatal body, taught by a certified and highly experienced pre/postnatal yoga teacher (not to mention a mama herself!). Not only do we seek to provide accessible yoga practices but we also seek to provide a community for parents-to-be and new parents. Pregnancy and new parenthood can feel lonely sometimes, we are there for you throughout your journey.
Postnatal Yoga Full Practices
Postpartum it is challenging and uncomfortable to return to "regular" yoga practices. These full yoga practices are designed with the specific needs of the postpartum body in mind and will provide strengthening and stability accessible to the body at this time, combined with stretching relaxation for problem areas that come from the daily care of baby.
