We offer yoga specifically geared toward the perinatal body, taught by a certified and highly experienced pre/postnatal yoga teacher (not to mention a mama herself!). Not only do we seek to provide accessible yoga practices but we also seek to provide a community for parents-to-be and new parents. Pregnancy and new parenthood can feel lonely sometimes, we are there for you throughout your journey.
These longer practices will provide all over attention to the pregnant body, addressing specific areas of discomfort common in pregnancy through stretching and strengthening. Cues and sequencing area also designed with the particular needs of the pregnant body in mind.
