We offer yoga specifically geared toward the perinatal body, taught by a certified and highly experienced pre/postnatal yoga teacher (not to mention a mama herself!). Not only do we seek to provide accessible yoga practices but we also seek to provide a community for parents-to-be and new parents. Pregnancy and new parenthood can feel lonely sometimes, we are there for you throughout your journey.
Breath Work & Meditation Practices
Stress and anxiety are a normal experience in parenthood and these breath practices and meditations are perfect for either pregnancy or postpartum. Choose to add these to a prenatal or postpartum practice or do them on your own when you need some extra support.
